Holiday has played well. Middleton isn't getting shots. The biggest thing is the Suns have made about 15 3-point shots and 5 2-point shots.

He's played well defensively but he's been a complete liability on offense and he's hurt his team badly with his inability to make shots. 3 for 14 in the first half following a 4 for 14 performance on Tuesday does not come close to getting it done. Both he and Middleton must make shots or the Bucks have no chance whatsoever.

These guys are mis-matched parts and they just don't work well together. I thought the Suns would win anyway, but it's proven to be even less of a contest than I thought.

They did. After losing that 9 point lead everyone started standing around.

That happens a lot to this team with Giannis. It is there catch 22 that they have to get figured out. When Giannis doesn't play, Lopez plays more of center role as a traditional back to the basket post player and Middleton/Jrue have much more freedom and movement. Giannis is just such a great talent but they have to find a balance somewhere.

I like Bucks coach, but he's the classic case of a 'young' coach that took a young team and over some time made 'em into contenders, but counldnt get over the hump.

Kinda like Vinny Del negro who gave way to more experienced championship coach Thibodeau.

Also see David Blatt, fired in 2016 after a 30-10 record.

Same with the Clippers. Forgot who they had before Rivers, but then they got Doc to get em over the hump (which didnt happen but that was the intent).
