Looking back at the records since the trade. The Knicks are 6-6 since acquiring Melo, Nuggets are 9-2. |

Get New York a real coach and that's a very dangerous team. Mike D'Antoni should be sitting on someone's bench next to the head coach. I'm very glad (in hindsight) that the Bulls lost the bid for him in 2008. If we had him, we'd still be in NBA Hell right now. |

It's safe to say that the Carmelo Anthony trade hasn't worked as well as they had hoped. They're now 7-9 after Monday's 4th quarter bellyflop vs. the Celtics at Madison Square Garden and are now 35-35 overall in 7th place in the East. They host the Magic in New York tonight and talking heads there are now wondering why 'Melo doesn't play defense... |
