The Cavs will use a trade exception to acquire Mike Dunleavy, sources said. Dunleavy is excited about the trade.

The Bulls are in essence trading Calderon and Dunleavy for Dwayne Wade and people are mad? If Paxson finds someone to take dead man walking Taj he really would be cooking with grease.

Not really. They're overpaying Wade to repair their reputation. I'm fine with it too. Please save the Taj hate. He's definitely valuable to a team that isn't trying to lose.

I have enough hate in my heart for both of them. I am just bummed that Noah is gone and a punk ass bitch like Rondo is here.

Congratulations Dion Waiters for turning down a 6.8 M dollar qualifying offer to play with pissed of Russ in OKC to sign a 2.9M dollar deal to play with a cardboard cutout of Chris Bosh in Miami.

I don't understand why he couldn't get more money in an offseason like this.

Maybe not a terrible move though if the Heat suck. Go average 18 a game with them for a year and took some team into a 4 year 90 million dollar contract next summer.

The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to an extension with small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, the team announced Monday.

The Los Angeles Lakers are trading D'Angelo Russell and Tim Mozgov to the Brooklyn Nets for Brook Lopez and the 27th overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft, sources told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.

The deal was first reported by The Vertical.

Russell, the second overall pick in the 2015 draft, averaged 15.6 points and 4.8 assists this past season. The Lakers own the No. 2 pick in Thursday's draft and could be in line to take former UCLA point guard Lonzo Ball.

That's a great trade for the Nets. I mean, they gotta try something. Makes sense for the Lakers if they are going with Lonzo and were able to get rid of the Mozgov contract.

Is d Russell just awful? Or is this all stemming from distrust from the Nick young video? Seems like it is worth the risk to the nets

The only thing the Lakers want to do is clear cap space for next summer. Next up to trade is Luol Deng.

Howard traded for wet socks.

The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to trade centerDwight Howard to the Charlotte Hornets, a source tells The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears.

Charlotte is sending Miles Plumlee, Marco Belinelli and the 41st pick in Thursday's NBA draft to Atlanta for Howard and the 31st pick, the source said.

Howard signed a three-year, $70.5 million deal with his hometown Hawks last July. He averaged 13.5 points -- his lowest average since his rookie season with the Orlando Magic in 2004-05 -- and 12.7 rebounds per game in his lone season in Atlanta.

This is the first trade made by new Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk.

It will save the Hawks salary-cap space and signals that the franchise will look to rebuild.

Howard, 31, returned to his hometown after three seasons in Houston, where he battled injuries and wasn't the force he was earlier in his career with the Magic before his one-season stint with the Los Angeles Lakers.

The 31st pick is the best asset in that trade. It cost the Hawks just to dump him.
