Let's see how ltg spins this

Just stopped in to post this as well

It's almost like Jimmy Butler is good and makes a difference. Who knew?

I don't know. Sounds farfetched. Wasn't even the highest scorer on his team! He will always be a 5th option on a playoff team.

Yep.

Is there a website that lists all nationally televised Wolves games? Their website seems to exclude games on NBATV. Not sure if it excludes any others.

I've got like 4 vacations coming up in the next 6 months. I have to save nickels where I can. People are less scared to fly 16 years out from 9/11 and flights are super expensive again. I need to take up one of those electricity billing services up on their 20,000 additional miles offers.

You're a good egg. Not a lot of national TV games until 2018.

LTG is right about their defense. Just abysmal. Kelly Olynck is just dominating them

Trading Rubio away doesn't look good right now. Maybe they did it in order to pay Towns and Wiggins. Either way, Teague isn't the defender Rubio is.

And he makes more money. I really can't understand that deal.

Honestly, I think they are just a young team learning how to win consistently. Hopefully, they keep making strides throughout the season.

They're young and still learning but vets like Butler and Taj and Crawford are supposed to speed that up.

What is speeding that up to you? Should they have started 6-0?

They shouldn't be in the discussion of worst defensive team in the NBA. That's not learning how to win. That's not giving effort.

The lack of defense is disturbing no doubt.

Coach Spo (One of the more underrated coaches in the game) had no trouble isolating Dion Waiters on Jimmy Butler on back to back plays. Heat down four he takes Butler right to the rack on back to back plays. Gets fouled on the first and and a layup on the 2nd to tie the game.

No. Thibs teams have always played great defense and given maximum effort. It appears that he's punted on that or these guys just don't have that in them. You're not going to be a great team giving up 125 points a game. The young core has to get better. Towns appeared to try more Friday but that isn't enough.

Wolves are better at winning the close games this year. Butler hit a big shot down the stretch but up until then he was extremely ordinary. It's apparent in watching them that Wiggins is their go to guy. Butler is a 3rd option.

After losing 22 games they led by double digits in there was only one way to go.

I was switching back and forth but from what I saw Butler had the ball in his hands to start almost every possession the last few minutes of the game. Not sure where you're getting this 3rd option stuff from but I know it's not from watching the games.
