What will be the ranking of each with respect to total wins.

#1 Bulls
#2 Knicks
#3 Wolves.

I think all three teams will likely finish within 5 games or so of eachother, but I'll go Wolves, Bulls, Knicks.

ltg, if your prediction doesn't come true, are you going to pretend this thread doesn't exist, as with "Bulls 2015-2016 :The Narrative"?

Damn you remembered that? Did that transfer over with the ownership change?

I own up to losing the 55 win thing but no one made it much of an issue so I didn't either. I still think Hoi berg is a better coach than he gets credit for. I think injuries played a role but I also don't believe now that even if fully healthy they would be a 55 win team. More like 50 max. Gasol regressed and I overrated Snell and Mirotic.

Bulls will be good. Rondo's at the summer league getting the kids ready.

I think the Wolves will be the best of the 3 the 17-18 season. They need a year to learn how to win.

how is this seriously even a question? Bulls and Knicks are going to be awful while the Wolves are going to be great

Wolves playing in the tougher conference certainly levels things out a bit.

The Bulls are gonna be decent. Knicks could be good if Noah can give them 60+ games and Rose has a good contract year. Wolves are still unproven. It's a fair question. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the Bulls or Knicks ended up with more wins. The conferences factor in too obviously.

Yep. Porzingus I take over Wiggins and he isn't too far away from Towns. Melo can still play at All Star level. Rose and Noah are legit starters and Rose is capable of playing at a high level. They have to fill the 2 spot. Brandon Jennings is also a solid backup.

Agree. The Wolves only won 29 games last season and essentially return the same team. There would have to be a significant jump made by their younger guys to get to 45 games. I think both the Knicks and Bulls will win more than 45 games.

well, I disagree with thought 1, thought 2, half of thought three, and maybe thought 5. But I still say Knicks, Bulls, Wolves. For this season.

i think it's a reasonable expectation that Wiggins and Towns will continue to improve....and they've added a solid draft pick and some solid role players. In addition, several of the fringe teams either did not improve or got worse. Do you think Houston will still make the playoffs next year ?

No on Houston. Utah will replace Houston.

Teams led by 2nd and 3rd yr players typically don't win unless they are all league. Towns be that but the jury is still out on Wiggins. I like Wiggins but it may be a little early to expect that out of him.

The Pelicans fucked their future but they'll be in the playoffs probably this year.

I'm a huge Thibs fan but I just can't see him making a 20 game improvement for a team that doesn't know how to win. I think 41 wins is their ceiling.

I still think those 41 wins is enough to be better than the Bulls and NYK next year.....
