I think MCW was always the main case. But yeah, it's still fair to use Embiid as part of the case. Gonna need my top 3 picks to play more than a handful of games every three years before I can call it a good pick.

You don't have to call it good but argued it wasn't even justifiable. Embiid clearly had the highest ceiling in that draft and was the consensus choice for 3 even after the injury came out for good reason. I expect the Cavs to sign Bosh once the Heat buy out his contract sometime in early March.

I thought there was zero chance Bosh was playing this season? Or is it just that he won't be eligible for the playoff roster?

There's been talk of him signing somewhere for the last month now. The Heat want nothing to do with him, but another team could take a chance with him. I think he actually wants to play and Miami is the one telling him "no". There was even rumors out there of him potentially joining the Bulls.
