Currently on a 7 game winning streak. Longest streak currently going in the NBA.

Philly is the best fit for him. It is the best fit for a few reasons. I thought about this last summer when they overpaid for guys like Johnson and Redick. They are both on one year deals. I wonder how he and Simmons would mesh though. You don't pass up Lebron because you have Ben Simmons but they are both ball dominant guys. Philly utilizes an offense that emphasizes ball movement. I was surprised to find out that they lead the league in passes per game. That would change with Lebron. He holds the ball a lot.

Lastly is Embiid. Lebron needs floor spacers. He hasn't played with a true post up big at any point of his career unless you can't a washed up Shaq. Embiid will need his touches also. That guy will be a top 5 league very soon if he isn't right now.

Philly is one of the teams that won't have to cater to an aging Lebron given their collection of young talent. That would be interesting if it came together like that.

If they go 9-4 they will be at 48 wins. Definitely doable with that schedule.

The Bellinili and Illiasova pickups were huge. They have solidified their bench and also added veteran players for the playoffs. They have a chance to slide into the third spot.

Cool. hope he gets some burn at some point. I wonder if they'd do it with the playoffs looming but he can get that bum McConnell's spot in the door.

See where Brown has already slotted him to be Simmons's backup. Great minds think alike. Bye Bye McConnell.

Coach Brown: What's on your mind?
McConnell: Well, coach... what you're doin' with my Fultz. I'm not seein' it. I mean, he's a drunk... he'll do somethin' stupid...
Coach Brown: When's the last time anyone gave your Fultz a chance?
McConnell: He don't deserve a chance!

I will remember that next time you proclaim something "too soon" to assess.

 I'm commenting on his play so far in this specific game
He was clearly trying to do too much and out of control , perhaps when he next checks in he'll be a little more calm

Sounds like confirmation bias to me. He had one turmover a layup and a pull up jump shot or 2 blocked.

Conversely those words have never been uttered to describe the play of that garbage ass Lonzo Ball ( A guy you like). He played about 5 minutes and didn't look that bad. He also had 2 assists.

I don't know if he will check back in tonight. I think Philly is trying to get the 3 slot. This is a must win. I want to see the kid play but i doubt if Brown trusts him just yet.

Fultz looked a lot better in the 2nd half. Attacked the bucket and hit a few midrange pullups also. Obviously rusty but i like the way he looks to penetrate.

He has to tighten up his handle a little and penetrate under control. He had 7 or 8 assists also.

That's a good question, Shakes would blow his load if Ball had fultz stats from last night.

10, 8 and 4 in 14 minutes.

Easily Fultz. He will be a better shooter, penetrator, finisher, and defender. He is also a good passer.

Ball has too many things to correct to ever be anything special.

Besides the broke jumper there are other things that aren't all that good about him. He isn't a good on ball defender for one. Secondly he never attacks the bucket. Its one of the primary reasons that he will never be a big time scorer.

He doesn't draw fouls as a result. He has no drive and kick game either. Too many holes in order to be elite.

With Fultz i'd have to see more before i'm ready to say elite but from what i've seen already he is no doubt better than Ball.

I saw him in the Summer League and the 4 games he had the bum shoulder also.

It doesn't take long to see if a guy can play and being better than Ball is no great shakes either. Pretty low bar shit there.
