The fact that the Bulls had Beverly in for a workout years ago and passed should tell you all you need to know about their player evaluation skills.

Chris Paul still getting 1st team nods based on reputation. Gotta think this is probably the last year for that.

Votes are public. They just won't be released until tomorrow (after the Awards Show airs tonight).

LTG has a vote for All NBA defensive team? Only explanation I can come up with for 99 people voting Draymond 1st team and 1 person not voting for him for either team.

Lot of people did. I've known Patrick a long time and doubted him every step of the way. From the time he de committed from Toledo. I asked him why at the time and he told me could go higher. Didn't think he'd make a difference at Arkansas and he ended up being freshman of the year in the SEC.

Patrick was never the most skilled player but he was always a fierce competitor. They keep bringing guard after guard in and none of them can get the slot.

I think any sportswriter who voted Harden for MVP should be fired immediately.

Malone never got credit for his "great stat line" or playing well "without much help".

I thought you were talking about posters. Yeah all that LBJ stuff is annoying but he's still probably top 7 all time.

the nba MVP was an "embrace debate" topic for months during the regular season, so the winner is finally announced and it feels like everyone is saying meh, whatever dont care anymore since the season is over.

There were a few "better than Jordan" posts but people here mostly avoided that stupidity.
