Including the World Champion Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs. If they can't make money now, they never will.

Wow. To think the Rockets just sold for 2.2 billion right? Is this a possible bubble waiting to burst?

Does anyone else find it suspicious that ESPN publishes this sourcing confidential financial reports, after the perception lately is they drastically overpaid for NBA rights?

It should t be a surprise as the totals for tv that determine the cap and team building in value is not all in the yearly revenue to offset operating costs and salary.

Exactly. A lot of these owners put family members on the pay roll making 10 million a year. So if 5 or 6 of these people have these salaries for these phony jobs, they can technically claim a loss.
