Kyrie Irving should not have thrown that pass. Hate alley oop passes in traffic for that reason.

100%. That was a weird pass to make. I think it was more of a lob pass than an alley oop. Tweener. And LeBron was right there in the paint defending. After that Jaylen Brown slam I think Kyrie wanted more to show off in front of Cavs fans.

I've been playing and watching sports on a near daily basis for 40 something years and that's the most gruesome injury I've ever witnessed. Sorry Joe Theisman, but you had a good run.

So horrific I just paused it so I can show it to my wife in a few minutes when she gets home.

College football WR in the Georgia Dome? a few years back. Florida-Bama game, Bama receiver Tyrone Prothro breaks leg trying to make a catch in the end zone.

Kevin Ware of Louisville more recently in the tourney.

I think this falls more on Hayward for trying to get a ball he was physically unable to come down with. One of the major drawbacks of playing with a transcendent, once in a generation talent like Irving is that sometimes guys simply try too hard to keep up with him.

Yeah probably shouldn’t have watched that.

Not going to watch it. Was it worse than Livingston's or George's?

Livingston's injury was more devastating, it took away much of his athleticism.

Rub some dirt on it and wash it down with some 'tussin. Crisis averted!

Paul George and the kid from Louisville was worse.

Hate to see that for Hayward. I think he was going to have a huge year for them

This has turned into a very good game. Looked like Boston was about to get blown out.

Well, Kyrie's record of doing nothing without LBJ is set to continue now for sure. Little bitch.

He played a good game. No shame for him. If Hayward don't go down they WIN the mofo!

Yeah he was good tonight. He's gonna have a great year. Vegan's stance of "Kyrie is a bitch because he's not as good as LeBron but wants to be" continues to be bizarre.

He caused Hayward's injury by throwing a misguided alley oop over four defenders.
