Sure.

But the people trying to play "gotcha" with that tweet are morons.

Am I missing something? It does look like he is talking about NBA. What does he mean college basketball?

The original tweet was from March 2016 when all he'd have to go on was their college careers. He was saying based on their college careers he'd take Brice Johnson over Ben Simmons at that time.

So "on my NBA team"? was photoshopped on there? I just saw a couple people retweet it, didn't look much further into it.

No I think he was saying at that time (in March 2016) he'd want Johnson over Simmons on his NBA team. No idea if that was a crazy opinion at the time.

yes it was a crazy stupid opinion to have in March of 2016. If he said Ingram instead of Johnson he wouldn't be getting as much heat, but saying Brice Johnson is a better NBA prospect than Simmons at any point in the past few years is beyond idiotic.

John Collins making an impact in Atlanta

Quote:
Collins is an animal. In a league where a lot of bigs box out areas instead of people, he is a weapon. He has rebounded 16.5 percent of Atlanta misses while on the floor, tied for fourth among all players -- and a mark that would lead the league in some seasons. He single-handedly transforms the Hawks from a team that punts the offensive glass into one of the league's most voracious offensive rebounding outfits.

When he rounds out his game, Collins is going to be good.

The best way to win is to tank. Waiting for free agent signings to come here is the worst of any of the plans. Hoping that guys will want to play with other guys as if this an aau tournament isn't a recipe for success. The Bulls need franchise players in order to get good fast. 2 bad years in row and they should be fine. They have the supplemental pieces necessary for being competitive. Now they need simply need to draft a couple of all star caliber guys and they are good.

I wanted the tank job to occur last year but it didn't hurt much when they decided against it. THe main thing is that now they are displaying vision.

Bleacher Report is a joke. about a notch or two above Fansided. I will never cite such gibberish as one of my sources. Yahoo Answers has more credibility in the internet source cite game if you ask me.

That's a bad take.

Anyway, the author backed up his grades with opinions and facts to support it. If you can't find something specific to criticize regarding the list then I have to assume you're just mad that it agrees with me on Mitchell.

Bleacher Report's basketball coverage is almost second to none. Turner has too much invested in it ($175M +) for it to lack in that department, considering that TNT is a major NBA broadcaster.

LTG just tries to find ways to invalidate majority opinions. He either tries to discredit the source or claims that the information used to formulate an opinion is unimportant or inaccurate.

Whenever I see Bleacher Report I tend to blow it off. Whenever I read their articles i read them with a grain of salt. That guy isn't a credible NBA scribe. I'm just trying to illustrate how the "source" game works both ways. I will read it.

Tatum has been the most consistent Rookie. He has also been the most impressive Rookie. He is shooting 50% from 3. The problem that may get him is that he is the 4th option on that team. It is going to be difficult to play the stat game. I'm hoping that the quality of team that he is playing for has an impact. He passes the eye test and he has stats but his stats aren't going to be eye popping. Mitchell will finish the year scoring more points but he will have to up that shooting percentage. He and Kuzma are the only real challengers from this particular draft class. It appears that way at this point.

One guy's opinion constitutes a majority?

They have intelligent NBA writers.

Little over halfway through, here’s my top 5

1.) Simmons
2.) Mitchell
3.) Markkanen
4.) Tatum
5.) Lonzo

No Kuzma? I honestly have paid much attention to the Lakers lately has he fallen off?

No he’s still good. Like most predicted, it’s a really deep rookie class. He’d probably be 6th. I’ve gone back and forth on him and Lonzo
