Am I missing something? It does look like he is talking about NBA. What does he mean college basketball?

The original tweet was from March 2016 when all he'd have to go on was their college careers. He was saying based on their college careers he'd take Brice Johnson over Ben Simmons at that time.

So "on my NBA team"? was photoshopped on there? I just saw a couple people retweet it, didn't look much further into it.

No I think he was saying at that time (in March 2016) he'd want Johnson over Simmons on his NBA team. No idea if that was a crazy opinion at the time.

Collins is an animal. In a league where a lot of bigs box out areas instead of people, he is a weapon. He has rebounded 16.5 percent of Atlanta misses while on the floor, tied for fourth among all players -- and a mark that would lead the league in some seasons. He single-handedly transforms the Hawks from a team that punts the offensive glass into one of the league's most voracious offensive rebounding outfits.

When he rounds out his game, Collins is going to be good.

The best way to win is to tank. Waiting for free agent signings to come here is the worst of any of the plans. Hoping that guys will want to play with other guys as if this an aau tournament isn't a recipe for success. The Bulls need franchise players in order to get good fast. 2 bad years in row and they should be fine. They have the supplemental pieces necessary for being competitive. Now they need simply need to draft a couple of all star caliber guys and they are good.

Anyway, the author backed up his grades with opinions and facts to support it. If you can't find something specific to criticize regarding the list then I have to assume you're just mad that it agrees with me on Mitchell.

That guy isn't a credible NBA scribe.

Bleacher Report's basketball coverage is almost second to none. Turner has too much invested in it ($175M +) for it to lack in that department, considering that TNT is a major NBA broadcaster.

LTG just tries to find ways to invalidate majority opinions. He either tries to discredit the source or claims that the information used to formulate an opinion is unimportant or inaccurate.
