Deadline is still a few weeks away, but the rumors are growing. Best player available is probably Kemba Walker.

And fuck Celtic fans for thinking there was even a small chance the Pelicans were gonna trade AD to them.

Not available. Can't trade MVP candidates.

Good point. The Bulls are blessed.

I figured he probably wouldn't end up getting dealt with the Clippers back in the playoff race. I'd probably still say Kemba was better too but that's tough to compare.

if you're the Cavs would you give up that Nets pick for Jordan ?

It'd be tempting but no, I wouldn't trade that pick if I was them. If I was them I think you have to approach the deadline with the idea LeBron is leaving. That pick will go a long way towards accelerating a rebuild.

They should trade Lebron.

They should trade Lebron.

He has a no trade clause. Otherwise I think they would actually consider it.

I feel like a really big name will get dealt. I would be surprised if it was a boring deadline.

Yeah I don't know, I see both sides of it. Doc is going to want to make the playoffs in the first post-Paul season. If all you can get back for Williams is a heavily protected late first rounder or something it's probably not even worth it. If you can get a good pick and/or a young player with upside then the decision obviously gets easier.

i think they should be able to fetch something decent for him, his value will never be higher. I know pretty much no one is worth a 1st rounder these days but still

Cavs looking at acquiring George Hill. He would definitely help their horrendous backcourt defense but that’s a tough contract to willingly take on.

Cavs basically want everybody

They’re definitely gonna do something stupid in the next couple weeks. Can’t wait!

What would be stupid is not doing anything you can to milk James last years as GOAT.

Milk as a verb isn't probably the best word choice when looking at this sentence.

GOAT??? Lol

But yeah, sacrificing your future just for the chance to get swept by the warriors would definitely qualify as dumb.

I meant greatest in the league right now. LBJ can beat the warriors once Thomas gets to full strength.

LeBron almost got swept last year and now his team is worse. He has zero chance of winning a title this year. 0%.

The Cavs wouldn't beat the Warriors even if Thomas was 100% all season.

Probably. I'm just trying to troll FF because he thinks LBJ sucks.
