Guys i know that have had that injury said that is sort of how it happens. They say you hear a pop and you just sort of know that its blown instantly. That sure seemed like the case with him. He didn't try and plant after his left was in the air. |

I've been playing basketball with my company's COO both times he tore his achilles. One ankle...other one a couple years later. He described it that way both times. Went down like he was shot. |

When Richard Sherman tore his Achilles this year he was telling his teammates he was out for the season before the training staff even got to him. |

According to Woj torn left achilles tendon out for the year. Says they will do the MRI but it is a mere formality. Diagnosis is clear. |

Looks like Robertson for Thunder just blew his knee out. Brian Davis kept talking about his back when it was obvious that it leg gave out on an alley oop attempt. Looks like he will be done for the year too. |
