Bikes can go anywhere they want...as long as they follow the rules of the road.

JOrr seems to think that because drivers speed, cyclists should be able to do whatever they want as well. That seems like a recipe for disaster for those not traveling in 3000lb death spirals.

Yes. There are also dedicated bike trails but that is more of a suburb thing.
