The Nets counteroffer to the proposal you stated included Smart in the trade.
Unless the Nets are sending Seth Curry and Ben Simmons back with KD, I don't see how that's a serious
proposal from the Nets. Brown and Smart and picks for 34 year old, many times injured KD? No fucking way if I'm Celtics. Brown's 8 years younger than KD. Brown had an up and down playoffs but he's young and still has time and room to improve. Plus I don't know if the Celtics should be giving up Smart in any trade. He's too important to their defense.
