the better line was later when shaq was talkin about watching tape on his games or some shit and barkley interrupts "how does that matter you were watching tapes on black and white televisions"

Kobe or Jordan wouldn't be passing when a 15 point lead is getting wiped out.

Probably some decent ratings for a 3-0 series to see despised LeBron James' imminent elimination.

i would imagine he feels lucky to have the 1st half he did. hes never put up that many points in a half in the playoffs. to expect to do that in the 2nd half would be idiotic. he has to get his guys involved. what sucks is they dont want to be involved.

Jordan or Kobe don't miss that last shot. And they go for the 3 to win it, not tie.

I only saw the first half and the last play. But you're right. Seemed like the rest of the team was going thru the 3-0 motions. If it wasn't for him this would been a big blowout by the 4th qtr.

He ran out of gas. He should have tried to go for the win at the end.

Denver was the better team.

LeBron played elite defense in the 4th quarter, but he passed the ball too much in the 2nd half. Street Clothes didn't help with scoring either.

It is very sad.

Especially considering they are playing such a bad road team whose best player is not athletic at all

LeBron's the only guy on that team that's been thru the battles. All those other guys I think the moment was too big for them. AD is inconsistent so can't count on him to win you a big game.

I use to like the guy but I don't after I saw what he's really about which is : me me me.

Did you know when he broke Kareem's record HE HIMSELF created a necklace commemorating HIM breaking the record. Not the NBA, not the Lakers, BUT HIM. He made his own trophy. That's all I need to know about what kind of guy he is.

Nuggets/Heat will be one epic final.

All the 'NBA FANS' complaining nobody will watch but they fail to realize Casual fans, regular people, will watch the NBA Finals regardless of who's in it.

It will be really a great finals to see. Can't root against either team.

 I do appreciate how you think a bad take belongs to FF

But no this was not him. Nas doesnt think Jokic is athletic. And I cannot remember who was saying that the Nuggets were a terrible road team, but it wasnt FF

Only reason I like LeBron losing is because his fans are the most toxic people around. I didnt even hate LeBron but his fans made me dislike the guy more and more.

It's all good. I brought up their road record.

38 second half points at home is crazy. LeBron played one hell of a game -- it's funny to me though that he passed much more in the 2nd half than the 1st and scored just 9 points.

The possession the Lakers had with less than a minute to go where LeBron was standing there doing nothing for 19 seconds with Jokic guarding him made no sense to me. Go for the 2 for 1. It's why they only had 4 seconds on their last play.

I love Jokic, but I believe Tammy Duckworth has a higher vertical.

thats pretty much it. i was saying two games ago the lakers are just too young. whats sad is with the performance lebron gave this playoffs, theres probably 10 other teams that he could have won the title with. and who knows if he can do it again.. at some point it's the tom brady effect.. theres going to be a sharp decline and he wont be able to do what he did this year.

i doubt Lebron's going anywhere and this is just James pouting over getting swept out of the playoffs. Lakers did a good job at the trade deadline recovering from Lebron's boneheaded move of bringing in Westbrook .

However, potential teams Lebron could join up with and be insta-contenders:

CAVS -- Cleveland has a wing deficit. Downside: Lebron can't shoot either and Cavs need a wing who can hit 3's at a reasonable rate.

MAVS -- Kyrie and Luka can handle the shooting, add Lebron?

SUNS -- CP3 + Ayton for Lebron and AD....imagine that.

WARRIORS (either Lebron to GS or Lakers raid GS's roster) -- I thought there was some stuff in the NBA ether about Bob Myers taking over as Lakers GM, if the Warriors didn't offer Myers enough to retain him. Probably not likely now after Pelinka nailed the trade deadline, but who knows. Klay would no doubt be open to playing for his dad's old team. But what's Klay have left.

If Curry plays for any other team it'll be Charlotte at the end of his career, at least that's what folks who talk about such things professionally have said.

Draymond and Lebron on the same team would be a disaster. 2 guys who the other team doesn't have to guard outside 15 feet.

I think Poole with a change of scenery could be a useful offensive weapon to the Lakers.

SPURS -- Lebron + Wemby = instant contenders?

HEAT ?

Financially, no one can touch the crazy Clippers owner. He seems impervious to spending limits. And the Clippers do have that new arena opening in the near future. I doubt Lebron would walk across the hall in Staples this off-season; but maybe he goes to Cleveland for a season and then bounces back to LA to play with his son on the Clippers. No idea about how practical any of this is.

Portland has the 3rd pick? Lakers trade Lebron to the Trailblazers to restock draft capital.

Would be crazy to see Lebron playing for Thibs in MSG.

i forgot about the maves. lebron loves playing with kyrie. lbj+luke+kyrie would certainly be a title contending triple. not sure how they would make it fit, but in any case if lebron wants rings at this point he's going to have to leave a ton of money on the table.

spurs might be interesting too. but again not sure if he wants a rookie no matter how good he is. lebron can't wait a single fucking year for anything anymore. he's officially a hot chick on his last few menstrual cycles.

i dont think the knicks would be it. theyre not close enough imo. they overachieved and would still rely on lebron too much.

Can Tristan Thompson? Could Melo? Didn't Lebron force the Lakers to sign washed JR Smith a few years back. Plus the whole Westbrook fiasco. Teams have done worse to appease Lebron.
