Looking forward to another great Warriors season

-How will Brandon Wright fit in? What about Belinelli?
-Can Baron stay healthy for a good portion of the year?
-Will Nellie stop being a bitch about his contract
-Will we see more improvement from Monta Ellis and Andres Biedrins?
-Can they actually make the playoffs in back to back seasons????

Amen to that. Poor, poor Don Nelson.

I read a rumor where they had offered the Bucks those two for the #6 pick. Can that possibly be true? And if it is - how did the Bucks not pull the trigger?

Other - NO, Baron can't stay healthy a full season.

Yeah that would be an awful trade for the Warriors. I REALLY like Biedrins. Aside from his awful FT shooting he has a real nice game around the basket. Good hands. Perhaps the rumor was based on the fact that the Warriors were one of Yi's "approved" teams

And yes, I realize Baron can't stay healthy for a full season, that's why I wrote "a good portion"....If he plays 60+ games I'll be happy

I think they're in. My early projections for the West:

1. Spurs
2. Suns
3. Mavs
4. Jazz
5. Nuggets
6. Rockets
7. Lakers
8. Warriors

9. Clippers
10. Hornets
11. Kings
12. T'Wolves
13. Grizzlies
14. Blazers
15. Sonics

Good to see the Warriors re-signed Matt Barnes. Even though it's a one-year deal and he'll likely leave if he has any kind of season at all, I like it. He was a great bench player for them down the stretch and in the playoffs last year.

you are crazy if you don't think the hornets are making the playoffs this year.

Is this kind of post considered cropdusting?

That was me, not him. In any case, at the time of that writing, I considered both the Hornets and the Clippers to be fringe teams. With the Hornets gaining Mo Pete and the Clippers losing Brand, they seem to be going in opposite directions. Revised power rankings would probably have the Hornets in, perhaps ahead of the Warriors and/or Lakers, though things are changing quickly. Jermaine O’Neal potentially heading to LA, Warriors outlook going forward without Richardson, etc. As stated previously, rankings subject to change throughout the offseason. Nothing in stone until late October…

I'm disapointed in the Warriors off-season. Long-term, they may have gotten better, but i think for next season, they may have taken a step back.

I agree, solely on the Richardson trade. That one still baffles me a bit. They were able to keep Pietrus and Barnes though and I'd expect now with Richardson gone for Ellis to get more minutes. Still, trading away major backcourt scoring when your PG is very injury prone....
