Talk about coming out of nowhere. Where the hell is Rider? Thompson's name has been flying up the draft boards, but I thought it was to get into the first round, not the lottery.

Blazers should trade this pick. They have enough young talent. They should package this with Webster and Jack for a veteran, though I doubt they will.

Good pick by the Blazers, I thought Rush was the best guy left. He played a big role and came up big on that Kansas team.

Arthur should go soon too. I think he'll be a really solid player in the pros too. Doesnt quite fit in with Golden State or Phoenix, but if hes on the board when Philly drafts they would be crazy to pass on him.

Yeah he really scooped up Balkman as a steal last year. Only took him 20 spots ahead of where any other team was gonna.

Another Pacers player that is good when healthy. He has had a few off court issues and I understand the Pacers want to rid their roster of those players.

We'll actually agree on this Nas. Tinsley is erratic on and off the court, and he unfortunately plays as wreckless as a rookie still, but he's very talented. He's like a better version of Rondo basically. Great defensively and can do everything on the court except shoot. He's a better finisher than Rondo too.

No one had an issue with the pick when it was made. Beyond that selection he got a lot of good players like Frye and Lee late in the draft. He's always done a great job drafting but he has been terrible at everything else. Remember Tracy McGrady? Damon Stoudamire?

You forgot Camby too. Didnt he pick him? I agree Isiah has a good eye for talent, my original comment had to do with last years pick. And you're wrong about when the pick was made. All the ESPN guys looked stunned. They all agreed he was in no way a first round talent. They didnt have him going till the 40-50 range.

76ers are going to regret that choice. They should have went with Arthur. Someone is going to get a very nice value in Arthur at this point in the draft.

Dang, the Trail Blazers just ripped off the Pacers. Bayless is going to be a really good player and will fit nicely with Roy in the backcourt. They have quite a group of talented young players.

Also, the Rush Brothers are now together in Indiana.

Let's look at Zeke's picks. Channing Frye was the 8th or 9th pick and hasn't turned into much, but at least they were able to deal him in the Randolph trade. Wilson Chandler last year? Balkman was a reach at 22 but he was better than I expected. Mardy Collins at 30 from Temple? David Lee was a great pick. Am I missing anybody? I guess that's not that bad, but when you consider who he could have had if he didn't treat his team like a fantasy team, it's awful.

Or, MJ will take a guy who hasn't been productive in a French league...

Just got back from running errands with the wifey...

Appreciate the updates and (moreso) the acumen from all here...

Bucher just broke that teams are concerned with Arthur's kidneys, which is why he's sliding.

I'm just happy the Bulls took Rose!

Can someone explain to me why if you are going to go for another G that you pass on Chris Douglas Roberts and you go for Sonny Weams????

Paula Ferris said that they were moving Weams. I guess they could have been picking for somebody else.
