No, I think you've gotten as far as you can with the current roster. If he was 26 I'd say run it back and improve the team. But at 29 with his brittle nature I think it's time to think ahead. Also, I don't think he's ever played in an ECF - they just lost in the second round. I don't think it's his fault - their best chance was probably when they had Butler, that team was stacked. But they mismanaged that window and now it's too late.

yes my bad i meant conference semi's. I do think it's kind of his fault tho. He didn't show up in a game 7 and is supposed to be the league MVP . Then blames everyone else.
