Gillaspie seems like a good guy. I liked his honesty in the post-game interview when he said he felt overmatched against Syndergaard. |

Seemed like Thor got fucked on a couple batters, which cost him around 10 pitches... I still wouldn't have yanked him after 7. |

Quote: According to Statcastâ„¢, Gillaspie's homer was hit off the highest of the 18 sinkers Familia threw all night, and the highest sinker he allowed a hit on all season (3 feet off the ground). It also was the hardest pitch (96.4 mph) Gillaspie had homered on since 2013.

Yo, anyone else watching the game? On my TV the sound and picture are a couple tenths of a second off. I can hear the ball hit the glove or bat when the ball is about half way to the plate. Anyone else notice this shit? It's pissing me off. |

That's what happens when you play a SS in CF. Desmond alligator armed that one. |

The Rangers look like shit. Now Andrés with a lazy throw and a passed ball by Lucroy. These guys better wake up quick. |

Rare bad throw by JBJ. If that throw is on line he's a gone goose. |

This game is a thing. Back to back to back. I know Porcello will probably win the Cy Young, but I would be worried if he were my team's #1. Same thing worries me about Hendricks. |

Holy shit! 3 solo jimmy jacks this inning. Porcello's sinker is not sinking tonight. |

This isn't the minors, Rook. Get your ass back there and get the ball back to the infield. Cleveland had to have an advanced report on that one. Cost his team a run. |

Awful at bats by the Red Sox since the Ortiz double in the 8th. Allen hasn't thrown shit for strikes and they're swinging at everything. |

They traded away a lot of guys the last couple of years so I don't know if they have a kings ransom to give up. They have a deep system but they don't have those guys at the top they'll need to get a deal done. |

You know, if all the Cubs become are the Texas Rangers, where they win a pennant or two and then pop up in the playoffs a lot without going deep, that's going to be its own #brand of suffering. |

6 runs in the first 3 innings of the Dodgers/ Nats game. I didn't think they'd score 6 all game. |

Dusty has already used all of his bench by the end of the 8th inning. Then he tries to run Murphy, who still has ass hurt, and gets him caught stealing for the second out. Looks like we will have the Cubs and Dodgers in the league series. |
