This dude really has no concept of when to pull a pitcher.
Maybe I'm wrong. I'm really only basing this on his tenure as a Cub manager and the games I've seen his teams play against the Cubs.

watched the NESN feed of the game and they showed Dusty in the Cubs dugout when he pulled his infamous double switch without going out to the ump to make the switch, then got called for batting out of order and claimed he gave the ump the 'sign' for the double switch.
