Big fan of the blue Angels cap and the red White Sox cap.

Loved those Chuck Tanner White Sox teams.

The success of the Montgomery Biscuits has made minor-league teams lose their fucking minds trying to be clever: the Akron Rubber Ducks, Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, Binghamton Rumble Ponies, and worst of all, the good old Zephyrs became the New Orleans Baby Cakes. What kind of ballplayer wants to be a Baby Cake? True New Orleanians even know there's no such thing as a "baby cake." It's a king cake. And a Rumble Pony sounds like a vibrator.

I don't like the trend of adding the adjective onto the official name. It reeks of trying too hard.

I think good is a verb as it was used by coach on that day. It's definitely not an adjective

I would say it's an interjection, or almost close to the vocative "O" as in "O Canada" or "O Superman."

The Chattanooga Lookouts are an established team with a great name...but a lame hat. Missed opportunity.

I like the simple bird logo for the Orioles, full black cap.

I don't think white belongs on major-league ballcaps, always felt a little Walgreens-clearance-bin to me, but the plain blue version of the Blue Jays' hat was awesome.

The Phillies looked much better in burgundy than they do in bright red. You already have the Reds, Cardinals, and Angels wearing red as a main color, but they would have burgundy to themselves.

This is not a knock on my friend sini but anytime I see someone in an Expos hat, they seem to be alone in an otherwise social setting.

ok well the lower case a + tilted-halo angels hat is prolly the GOAT as far as my tastes go, but let's do some others:

for some reason i can't find a picture of my old ~1977/ish white "SOX" on navy blue cap.... it might have been cooperstown collection, but it's just a standard cap with that lettering without all of the loud/er pinwheel stuff, and i love looking in the mirror and seeing a XO2 in a space-age font and all:

Image

i've always liked the dodgers hat in black and white

Image

and then of course seeing the blue jays up in milwaukee you saw a LOT of the recent [last 2 seasons?] spring training caps for the blue jays

Image

this is my favorite color variation of it, tho usually it's a red maple leaf on a regular blue cap, or red on red like these

Image
Image

and yeah i still gotta get one of the maple leaf hats tbh

Need some advice.

I was thinking about buying baseball caps and uniforms this summer and wearing them around to enjoy myself. And to celebrate our national pastime.

Although I'm a Cubs fan, would you think it would be baseball sacrilege to wear another teams cap and gown?

There are so many cheap baseball uniforms on the internet it's so tempting. I saw a guy w/ a Blue Jays hat the other day and it looked great.

Cannot wait for opening day! I would like to wear a new team's gear daily this summer.

When I lived on the east coast, this was the cap I had for golfing.

Image

I am considering getting another one to go along with my Blackhawks cap. The red Blackhawks cap is what I use for travel because it looks good with almost any color shirt.

At your age, if you can fit into a L, this is what you should get if you really want a jersey. Never get a jersey of a player younger than you are.
