Why should a batter be punished for playing in a big park? Shouldn't hits be judged on exit velocity to make things more fair? For example 100 is a double, 110 is a home run. The way it is now, homers are a team stat dependent on where the team builds the outfield wall. |

I'm feeling it. We just need to get some math guys in place to work up the proper formula between exit velocity and trajectory. Let's make things interesting and get some Top Golf style markers though for bonuses and penalties. |
