Is this the greatest thing to happen to the Subdivision since 2005?

The Cubs secretly removing the ball in plexiglass was funnier than this.

Are you sure it doesn't surpass 2005?

I'm guessing that "The Subdivision" is a "cute" nickname for the sox fan base?

We gave ourselves the nickname and laugh at Cubbie Nation for thinking we care.

The Cubs getting swept out of the playoffs 3 times in a row was pretty funny too.

When did that happen? I recall 07 and 08. Did they make the playoffs in 09 or 06? Seems like a fan would remember that.

2015 doesn't come before or after 2007 and 2008. There were 6 seasons in between that. Furthermore, they won both a WC play in game and the NLDS in between. Fire off on the shitshow that was 2007 and 2008 but you're looking like 2017 Arrieta right now. Sad!

Three consecutive playoff appearences ended in a sweep for the Cubs. In fact, at one point they had an 10 game postseason losing streak.

It's just like the Bulls' EIGHTPEAT. If the Cubs had had Schwarber that year they would have been swept in the first round.

Lightning in a bottle. Who will Ricketts hire as GM to build the team the right way and contend for years to come?
