1 Philadelphia Phillies -
2 San Francisco Giants -
3 Chicago White Sox 2.5
4 Cincinnati Reds 3
5 Oakland Athletics 6.5
6 San Diego Padres 7.5
7 Detroit Tigers 8.5
8 Atlanta Braves 8.5
9 New York Mets 9
10 Texas Rangers 10
11. Toronto Blue Jays 10

That's a giant bag of suck. It's almost impossible to believe there are 2 teams who have played worse baseball than the Sox.

The Sox had that first good month that these other teams didn't. They have been the worst team in baseball since May 1 I'd bet.

It sounds like anything in the top three will get them what they want.

The Reds have that title, I believe? At least a couple weeks ago I thought it was said during a broadcast. Either way...Hahn is getting a high pick, as he should.

Probably have to go college pitcher since it doesn't look like a college hitter will be worth taking that high. High school is stacked in hitters and pitchers but they seem to be out of that market.

I'm pretty confident the Sox will make up a lot of ground toward the end of the season. They should be able to take up the #1 spot.

PG All-American game is on MLB Network. Kumar Rocker humping it up to 98 and Kelenic was still able to barrel him up. Turang put together a nice AB against him too.

Ethan Hankins is a nasty nasty young man. Right now he's the top HS pitcher in the draft. 95 w/plus movement for strikes. Yes please.

Heard a couple guys last week comparing him to kershaw.

Joe Gray probably has the best tool set of any player in the country but he has had a really bad summer and he just got blowed up by Hankins.

I don't like comping right handers to left handers but yeah he has that type of talent.

Nolan Gorman has the best raw in the draft. His BP at Northwestern made it look like a little league field.

Blaze Alexander has an 80 arm. No idea why no one ever put him on the mound.

Holy shit I haven't seen that kid before. My god he can spin it. That has to be the best BB in the draft.

Love ya Al but gotta disagree. Pitchers today are way more athletic than they were in your day. Let them use that athleticism as a weapon. Don't hold them back by giving them a traditional delivery.

I think the Phillies have this and it is a two horse race for second.

Big Sox-Giants series in September

That could put them in a tough spot. They need that 1-1 pick to get the best college starter. If the Phillies take that guy they may have to reach on 1-2 unless Jerry loosens his "I want to see this guy play before I die" edict and they take a HS position player.

It is August 2017. You have no idea. The consensus Top 3 could all be HS players.

Makes you realize how impressive the Cubs first half was. To be pretty much be .500 while only playing the best of the best.

Amazing follow up season.

You owe the 2006 White Sox an apology.
