Awesome for the Stros. Very happy to not see the yankees in the WS for the billionth time. Stros seem like a cool team....except office McCann. He can go fuck himself.

One of the Astros is waving a 'FLY THE PENNANT' FLAG on a pole. Like CJ did last year with the W flag.

Wonder if MLB is going to make this a yearly thing now. Ripped off from the Cubs.

140 years of MLB and Cubbie fans think that they're the owners of the idea of flying pennant winning flags. :lol:

So much talent, the Astros cut JD Martinez loose before the 2014 season...Martinez's 2017 numbers:

1.066 OPS .690 SLG .376 OBP 45 HR/ 104 RBIs

And they whiffed on the #1 overall pick in 2013 with Appel (though he was part of the deal to get Giles so they squeezed a tiny bit of value out of him)
