this ump sets up over the catcher's left shoulder, gives pitchers off the plate on the right hand hitter's side of the plate, Verlander was aiming for and missed that spot just off the plate with that pitch Seager hit out. but the ump doesn't give em anything extra on the left hand hitter's side at all.
