Dodgers still in it. I think if Houston can scratch another run in then it's probably a win for them.

Dodgers look like a suckfest. Outside of Kershaw, the starters a coin flip. Hill has been shit, Yu tonight was pathetic. I'll never understand the Hill thing. If you get 6 from him it's shocking, and Roberts in the playoffs gets him out after 4, no matter what. That bullpen was hype in my world. If you make them throw strikes, and not high shit out of the zone, they're very hittable. Not a fan of Roberts managing style. Would love to see him piss this series away with all his fuckery with the pitchers.

Lets see if they can pull this out tonight. If they can't, they still have to win just one in Houston. The problem may be their bullpen may be out of gas by game 5 the way Roberts has used them.

Dodgers downfall tonight, besides Yu pissing his pants, could be only scoring 1 when they had the bases loaded with no outs. Seager needs to beat out that double play. Was a really tough play, and the pitcher had to cover. Even with his injury, no excuse, he has to beat that out. It killed the rally.

9th inning now. Astros gambling with keeping Peacock in. Let's see what happens.

The way this series has gone, I think Dodgers are still in this game.

this peacock guy was amazing. Probably won't pitch till game 6 now, but i guess he was a starter for them. That was a dodger like win for the Astros.

What is wrong with the audio on FOX and FS1 in this post game?

The mics aren't working well for anybody. Sound is so low.

Yu Darvish claiming Yuli Gurriel made a racial gesture towards him.

Wow. I was sort of rooting for Houston because of the hurricane but now I dont know. That's pretty stupid thing to do.

Yu Darvish should focus more on pitching.

Still, that's bs. Maybe he gets suspended for Game 4. I wouldn't be surprised if he does.

an ezekiel elliott suspension, Gurriel would appeal and not have to serve it until sometime in mid-2019

Dodgers win tonight, do they run Kershaw out for Game 5 in Houston, where he has a 3.20 career ERA (2.04 at Dodger stadium career) , 1.2 WHIP (0.92 career at Dodger Stadium), 126 tOPS+ against in Minute Maid (vs 92 tOPS+ against in Dodger Stadium) Dallas Keuchel @home vs Verlander on the road.

Rich Hill only threw 60 pitches Wednesday night. Could flip Hill to pitch Game 5 against Keuchel in Minute Maid and Kershaw back in the friendly-to-Kershaw confines of Dodger Stadium for Game 6.

Obviously Dodgers lose tonight, Kershaw goes no matter what in Game 5. But a win tonight, puts the Dodger back on serve w/r/t home-field advantage. Maybe a strategy of holding serve at home wins the series vs Kershaw trying to best Keuchel at Minute Maid.

Course, Kershhaw pitches game 5 then he's prolly available for limited duty during a possible game 7. But you gotta get to game 7. And if Kershaw pitches well in a Game 6, 7+ innings, much of your bullpen/pitching staff would have had at least 2 nights off to handle Game 7. Whereas if you have Rich Hill get chased/pulled early again in a Game 6, your bullpen's gassed for Game 7.

Kershaw has been better but he's still not Jack Morris or something. I doubt Roberts changes anything. They'll need a win badly in Game 5 no matter what.

Gurriel suspended 5 regular season games.

If you are going to suspend him it should be for World Series games...not until next season.

Lame

Yep.

"This is unacceptable and he needs to be punished. Just not right away."

A baseball commissioner fucked up again.

MLB players union would automatically appeal and he wouldn't serve a WS suspension. If Roger Goodell can't keep Ezekiel Elliott off the field, after trying all year, Manfred's not going to be able to get a suspension to stick in the next week. MLB players union stronger than the NFL players union.

Yea, a WS suspension would be meaningless because of the appeals process.

But shouldn't you at least make that the punishment and make them appeal?

Yea maybe but I'm sure you can't rush the appeal process so it wouldn't be in WS either way.

The 5 game suspension is a loss of 375k for what it's worth.

He should have to be Darvish's Butler.
