What is he broke??

http://www.bleachernation.com/2017/12/0 ... gers-more/

Here’s a real life title at The Athletic right now: Rosenthal: He’s 53 and hasn’t played in the majors since 2005, but Rafael Palmeiro is eyeing a comeback, and redemption. Palmeiro ended his career as one of five players to reach both 500 home runs and 3,000 hits, but also, as I’m sure you know, as a somewhat-shunned user of performance enhancing drugs. But now, he’s legitimately trying to make his way back to the Majors and even says he won’t try to first prove himself in an international or independent league first, “If I go to spring training with a legitimate chance to make the team, I won’t have to go to the minors.”

According to Ken Rosenthal, one anonymous GM said he wouldn’t even look at Palmeiro, but Orioles GM Dan Duquette wouldn’t rule it out, adding that it would be an interesting story and “If you can hit, then you can hit.” LOL. Okay, man. Let’s see what you got. Plenty more at The Athletic.

What's Brady Anderson up to?

I'd take a shot as an AL team with Raffy. Gives Senior Citizen Day some extra juice for all the ladies out there.

Throw some corn cobs on the field when he goes yard.

If he gets one at bat it resets the hall of fame clock, he thinks he can get in the hall if he gets a reset.

The ghost of Minnie Minoso approves. It's a natural for the heavily Cuban Tampa area

The dude could hit. I remember his Cubs years. What was strange however was he never bulked up like Pudge Rodriguez for example. Maybe he used very little and got busted anyway although his HR numbers belie that. And Pudge got in in his first try! You know he juiced. WTF.

Good mustache. Latin men seem to be able to pull off the look without anyone questioning their sexuality.

I hope he gives it a shot. The odds are what 1000-1 he makes it but what the hell. Julio Franco played forever.

I think the results of his blood tests showed he gave MANY shots.
