I have to do some research. But, my first thought is...and this might be controversial....Kris Bryant.

I predict a new exercise routine that improves flexibility.

It's not going to be the typical "this fat-ass lost weight" story.

its a little early for this

Sox- Abreu- veteran coming off his first injury plagued season and getting older needed to change something this off season for his next big contract

Cubs- Russell, got his head together and will work his way back to the team early in the season
