Here's where u can post MLB schedule oddities.

Weird quirks in the schedule that rarely happen.

Interesting how the A's play both teams IN CHICAGO this week.

You play the Cubs, then u stick around and play the Sox. Must be a dream for a baseball team to hang out in the same city for a week, and a good one at that.

It's one thing to come to Chicago twice in a year (Mets recently did), but to play both teams in back to back series, I dont know that its ever been done before.

**

Also, earlier in the year, thought it was weird how the Crosstown Classic was a 2 game series on the weekend, with Friday off. You never see that.

Any others?

Cardinals and Red played 2 doubleheaders this weekend. That's right 4 games in 2 days. I've never seen that before. Of course it was due to previous rainouts, not scheduled that way, but still.

Last year, the Cubs played all their road games against Cincy before the All-Star break. They played all 10 of their home games against Cincy after the All-Star break. They used that as a springboard to make the playoffs.

Strange that the BoSox are in Tampa right now, and the Yankees are in Miami.

Hadn't seen that one before.

By the way, so great to hear Dwayne Staats right now on MLB-TV. What a nice old familar voice.

He sounds even older now than he ever did.

Tune in now!

Was Dwayne after Milo Q. Hamilton, or concurrent to?

He is.
