Maybe...I listened to it trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but to my ears it sounds nefarious. Like I said, who knows if the guy thought he'd get away with it by having the Dinger alibi. I do agree with you that someone would have to be insane to think they could get away with shouting that in front of hundreds of nearby people and not get ripped.
