I'm a huge Reds fan and I think trading Brandon Phillips (.283, 19HR, 60RBI) last year for Stevens (who is still in Single A) was the steal of the year. That being said, it really bothers me that he wears his hat cock-eyed.

Am I being old-fashioned or does this irk others as well?

Yes. You're being old fashioned. A lot of big leaguers do this. A lot of college players do this. A lot of high schoolers do this. I'm not a big fan either but I won't lose sleep over it.

Must be an "urban" thing. I don't see the Latin players doing it. Maybe it's another example of them being easier to control. :wink:
