Whoa way to early to make picks. To much Stoney, Sizemore ,,, and not making the playoffs. Most over-rated player :?: Grady Sizmore yes put it on the board!

.268 leadoff hitter and strikes out way too much. A team of Sizemores is a team of losers remeber the "gold glover" gagging on the fly ball when the Sox won in '05??????

He lost that particular ball in the sun. You can't catch it if you can't see it. Regardless, the Charlotte Knights swept Cleveland in Cleveland which is what killed thier playoff hopes. They basically had to win 1 game to get the wild card in 2005, and they couldn't do that.

Even so, what does not catching a flyball have to do with an OB% of .370?

600 strike outs in 682 games quite Dave Nicholson like.

Nas and Rob were talking about offense, and you brought up one bad play from 4 seasons ago to try and prove your point.

Asswipe.

What I'm say is he is a .279 hitter with over 600 strikeouts and never more than 200 hits in a season. Jagwad

A team full of Grady Sizemore's strikes out 1350 times a season.

I would not take a team full of Sizemore's, because I'd need some infielders and pitchers.

I would, however, take one as my CF and leadoff guy.

It's supposed to be what you believe will happen. I don't feel like picking the Tigers in the A.L. Central, to try to be ahead of the curve, if I don't believe they will win it. I picked the teams I see winning. You wanna pick the Orioles to win the A.L. East, be my guest.

My predictions for Major League Baseball 2009 are as follows:
A.L. West: Anaheim (NOT LOS ANGELES) Angels
A.L. East: Boston Red Sox
A.L. Central: Minnesota Twins
N.L. West: Los Angeles Dodgers
N.L. East: Philadelphia Phillies
N.L. Central: Chicago Cubs
A.L. Wildcards: Cleveland Indians
N.L. Wildcards: New York Mets
World Series: Angels/Dodgers, Anaheim wins it all!
