According to the NY Times A-Pud will be questioned by federal authorities in connection with their investigation of Canadian doctor Anthony Galea who is suspected of distributing performance -enhancing drugs to athletes.

The last paragraph is pricelss.

"He (Galea) has denied that he provided professional athletes with performance-enhancing drugs but said that he had used human growth hormone for the last 10 years and prescribed it for some patients. Among the more notable athletes he has treated are the golfer Tiger Woods and the swimmer Dana Torres

That's bad company. REAL bad.

Now MLB wants to talk to A-Pud along with other players (Jose Reyes, Carlos Beltran and Carlos Delgado) who were treated by Galea. This has all the makings of another BALCO.

I know wrong section, but in this same discussion it blows me away that the Tiger Woods working with is not talked about.

A-Pud meets with investigators on Friday.

"Vials and ampules containing HGH and Actovegin, a drug extracted from calf's blood, were found in a car driven by Mary Anne Catalano, according to the RCMP and U.S. federal court documents. Catalano told American authorities at the border in Buffalo that she knew the drugs were illegal and that she was transporting them for her employer (Galea)."

Dr Galea is charged with providing illegal drugs to 3 football players and for making false statements to federal authorities. Not good news for A-Pud and Tiger.
