That was a stupid play. There is going all out and then there is stupidity. Rowand used to do the same thing. Many guys go all out and rob homeruns regularly without getting their face broken. I know sometimes shit happens, but he should have known to pull up |

At least Rowand made the catch when he broke his nose. Harper just plain forgot where he was. I agree, it was pretty stupid on his part. |

Amazing “@RotoAnalysis: Bryce Harper is currently rehabbing in Single A ball. He's still the youngest player on the roster.” |

I haven't looked at a lot of preseason prediction stuff but I'm sure the Nats and Dodgers will be the "experts" darlings this year. That's ok. Your Redbirds like playing the role of underdog. |

Isnt Harper 22? this kind of buffing up can easily happen at that age without any supplement |

Harper hits his 9th HR in 11 games....also has a 3B, 1B and a walk....4 RBI today alone, 22 RBI in last 11 games. Hitting .575 over that stretch. |

Bryce hit #40 tonight. He becomes the 7th player since 1901 to have a 40 homer season in his age 22 or younger season. The first of many 40 homer seasons. |
