For what it's worth, Nick Digilio gave it a quick shoutout during the movie review portion of his show last Friday, saying it was one of the best movies of 2012 so far. I was totally surprised, as the preview looks pretty stupid.

Saw this on Netflix streaming tonight - fuckin' awesome. Highly recommend it if you're a hockey fan, or if you outright like watching guys knock the shit out of one another.

could not disagree more. Horrible movie, only somewhat watchable if you go into it already a diehard hockey fan. If you're not a hockey fan, stay away, its pure garbage. If you are a hockey fan and can see it for free, then maybe give it a shot if you have nothing better to do.
