Meeting today, on the agenda:

-Mandatory Visors (likely to be grandfathered in)
-Icing - No Touch? Hybrid? I prefer hybrid greatly
-Reducing size of goalie pads
-Delay of game rule?


Always found in interesting that, for especially guys who played college hockey, to switch from wearing a full cage to not even a visor. I understand there's a small sacrifice of some vision and comfort wearing the full cage, plus a culture aspect as well, PLUS i'm a big pussy I guess, but I couldn't imagine not wearing full protecting playing even at the level I play at. Seems like a change that needs to happen to help some long term safety of players.

Hybrid icing please.

Goalie pads are fine. No changes needed.

Hate the delay of game rule, but I understand it. Hard to leave it up to a subjective call to the refs per intent. Maybe only possible if your team is leading? That's bad too. Not sure what's the best with that.
