I didn't see a whole lot of the series but the parts I did see , Boston seemed to be all over them. I don't think Rask played real well first couple games .

Boston out means the Hawks should be the favorites now to win the Cup again

He threatened a couple guys, and Subban said he was disrespectful but didn't want to talk about it.

I'm totally gonna miss the non-stop cheap shots and unprofessional bullshit after every. single. whistle. What a bunch of fucking morons. Get a clue, idiots. Completely disappointed that Iginla has bought into that crap.

Hawks are going back to back, I can feel it, two solid series, but the ducks next round might be a little tough, doesn't matter the, they're going to do it for the cup

I know common thinking is Hawks would rather face the Kings, but I'm not so sure.

The Ducks d-men are not as strong, and I would love to take our chances with a 20-yr old rookie that then leads to a goalie controversy after 2-3 games.

That is very true. It's honestly going to be a very close series next round no matter what, I'm very pumped for this round and I see the hawks just taking it all, with playoff Crawford back and our offense and defense just tearing it up, should be a great end of the post-season

The Ducks are weak at defense, but so deep at forward. Only team that outscored the Hawks this year.

Just saw this during the intermission show (yeah, I watch them when they're not Hawks games). What a tool, indeed.

That said, I expect Lambert or Petchesky to write up a piece for tomorrow about why it's time to get rid of the handshake line. They will say that it's a stupid tradition that no other sport has, it forces civility on players who shouldn't have to feel that way, and worst of all it gives white supremacists a reason to claim that their sport is better than basketball and make memes about how LeBron James has never been in a handshake line. It'll be good clickbait.

Kings win buys the Hawks a day or two of much-needed rest. Let's hope for triple-overtime in Game 7.

Refs are trying their hardest to ensure Rangers make the finals. Intersting directive by Bettman.

Quote:
This could lead to a fine and serious suspension for the Rangers forward. The rules on physical abuse of officials are quite clear in the NHL rulebook. Depending on the category, Carcillo could be looking at an automatic suspension of 10 games, if it is deemed he deliberately applied physical force to an official.

It appears Carcillo is in violation of Rule 40.3 which reads:

40.3 Automatic Suspension – Category II - Any player who deliberately applies physical force to an official in any manner (excluding actions as set out in Category I), which physical force is applied without intent to injure, or who spits on an official, shall be automatically suspended for not less than ten (10) games.

All game misconducts that are a result of abuse of officials are automatically reviewed. The referees submit a report, suggesting what category the infraction falls under and the league reviews it.

Long story short, Carcillo could be in deep trouble here.
