Source also confirming RW Vladimir Tarasenko has received an offer sheet. 6yrs, $45million from #NHLStars. $7.5mil AAV. #Blues will match.

That's would've been sick to see him on Dallas. Instead he's stuck in the St. Louis shitshow.

Fake.

Rats.

Mike Green and his hand tattoos to Detroit (or, for some reason if you're Canadian, Detroy-it). Whatever, Mike Green is so 2010.

St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has signed forward Vladimir Tarasenko to an eight-year contract worth $60 million.

Contract will end up being a discount. Compare to Kane and Toews who strove to bankrupt the Hawks cap to satiate their egos.

Great signing for St. Louis, but they're not looking like a very good team heading into the fall. Tarasenko just may drag them into the playoffs all by himself.

The only key player the Blues have lost this offseason is Oshie and he's overrated to begin with. Brouwer isn't some awful player that people make him out to be and will fit in with the Blues well. They're still a very good team.

There are plenty of good individual players on the team, but I have a feeling that Ken Hitchcock is finally going to drive the team to Zero Fucks Given and really set them back.
