Man City is looking to build a new £100 million training center next to the Ethiad Stadium. The club is hoping to have this up and running by the 2014-15 season. Just in time for The UEFA Financial Fair Play rules to go into effect in 2014.

BTW, another story in the Telegraph says the Premier League is looking to possibly starting The Financial Fair Play rules in effect for the 2013-14 season.
