Billionaire Josh Harris is in talks to buy South London soccer team Crystal Palace and a deal could be finalized in the next two weeks. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... rship.html Harris also owns the New Jersey Devils and the Philadelphia 76ers. Forbes lists Harris worth at 2.1 billion dollars. |

I mentioned it in the regular thread when it popped up in October, that'd make 6/20 teams in the EPL American owned. |

Could go down to 5 if Randy Lerner can offload Villa on some schmuck. I think Harris was in the running to buy Villa as well. I think I read that with the Americans, Russians and Arabs owning BPL clubs. Only 7 of the 20 teams are owned by Brits. |
