Is there that big a market for Nazi action figures?

Either the designer is a huge football fan or he/she googled "German" and the name "Bastian" at the same time and his image was the first that came up.

Is that a Nazi or just a German supply clerk? I know a lot of people want to draw similar distinctions when it comes to creeping Pan-Arabism.
