Week 2 of wake up! and on all morning. I know its popular to think I think MH is a great show, I never did, it was just a good solid show, nothing spectacular but I was happy with it.

Being that the radio is changed, I now get the MM action. Its not bad, especially for a national show, I think they have done a good job of not exhausting the NY-BOS angle on everything like they have done in the past,.

I don't mind it all that much either, but Greeny still goes on and on all of the time about his Jets.

I think Mulligan dominates his partner more than Bernstein does.

I like it even though Golic says "I COMPLETELY agree" or "I COMPLETELY disagree" HUNDREDS of times per show.

He also says "quite frankly" in nearly every sentence. The bottom line is that Golic pretty much sucks. The show is still alright, though, because Greenberg is pretty good, and they do manage to book good guests.

Golic plays the goof very well. Greenie is what Danny B aspires to be.

I think dan might even be sick of himself

I am quite surprised, and thankful that Greenberg was not chosen for Regis' spot on that morning TV show. He seems perfect for that role.

I still prefer Screamy and Less Screamy over this show. Too much equivocating and playing grabass with other ESPN personalities.

Don't you get sick of the lame nick names?

Greeny, Stink, Scheftie, CC, Rubber Ass, Crisco Dick, etc.

i do like when they have chris carter on, because he's one of the few guys that's entertaining and actually knows what he's talking about.

this show is the same product it's always been, and it's basically the mcdonald's of radio shows. it's never great, but it's never terrible, it's always milquetoast.

when they don't take themselves so seriously they can be fun to listen to. but a lot of their antics are so scripted and the humor is so forced, that it's just unappealing.

There is no doubt he tries to be annoying piss off 50% of the people. I get it.But you can tell within 5 seconds of a call with Bernstein which way it will go. Idiot caller, Dan will correct every word or Danny ALS and he will try to have a normal conversation with. (basically this is from one of 5 callers, you know who they are)

I never thought I'd say this as I thought Golic was the main reason I didn't like the show, but last year I realized that I will listen if Greenberg is not there. He's grating and often babbles on and on and on. He also has a tendency to pause and then make a smacking sound, and being the hypersensitive, hypercritical pain in the ass that I am, it aggravates the hell out of me.

I would not be surprised if early in Bernstein's career he though his career path was going to follow Greenberg's, but once he realized that wasn't going to happen he started in with the constant digs at ESPN and became the trolling, Northesque putz he is now.

no, the smacking sound is pretty pronounced sometimes and it does sound bad. i just hate how almost arbitrarily over the top greenberg gets with his "love" of something.

My problem with the show is that they both try to play characters too much. The girleman and the jock. Gets old quick. I do like the show when they aren't doing that bit. Unfortunately, they are doing it more and more.

I can see that happening as well.

Kind of like when DB is playing the dumb smart guy

The start of one of the biggest sporting events in the county. One that will receive wall-to-wall coverage on their network. And neither of these two clowns show up for work.

Sheets of integrity might be the only clever thing Greenberg has ever come up with, and that was about a decade ago.
