If you think this is bad CH, you might want to look away the next 3 years. The schedule is full so to speak.

Having watched this a couple times since it premiered on HBO last week I'm really convinced if Tom Hardy would have been able to play Rick Flagg like he wanted this movie would have been received much differently. Joel Kinneman just doesn't have the gravitas of a heavyweight like Hardy, and a lot of his lines fall flat because of this ImO. Questionable directing by David Ayer plus forcing PG-13 on a rated R concept were hard to overcome, but Hardy def would have helped.

P.S.- Still think Dablo's story arc is the most entertaining. Hopefully, they bring him back for the sequel.

This movie was fucking horrible. They fought a supernatural being, if that didn't present there would be no movie.

I was pretty wasted last night, but yeah still think if the "Revenant" shoot didn't go long Hardy would have at least helped. Still the highest grossing DCEU movie to date (I'm sure Justice League breaks that tho).

Edit: Things like the introduction of Kantana were exceptionally terrible, and should have been changed. "This is Kantana. She's got my back." LoL

LoL yes I realize this is pretty much a losing argument in most comic book fan circles.

Other than a nice eye candy piece, it was on par with a Hulk movie.

I liked Will Smith as Deadshot, Jay Hernandez as Diablo, and Ike Barinholtz as Griggs was pretty funny too. Viola Davis is good in everything as well. The first half of the film was strong except for the meme-tastic character introduction fonts. It really fell apart about halfway through.

It reeked of studio interference, Cashman. I know you saw that too.

saw this on HBO last weekend. Was expecting a terrible movie and that's what I got although I guess it was slightly more watchable than I expected in that I was able to finish it.

Finally watched this on HBO and in no way is it as bad as it's made out to be.

The main villain sucked but it was an otherwise okay movie.

Harley and El Diablo my favorite characters.

Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn was amazingly sexy.

Could not take my eyes off of her any time she was on screen.

Wow.

Harley was merely adequate, probably also hurt by a lot of the Joker stuff getting cut. Like I said when it came out, she had a decent accent until the bar scene, and then all of a sudden it got cranked to 11.

If I want to see a hot chick I'm not going to sit through a shitty movie for 2 hours to do it. You, sir, aren't doing it right.

True. Some times I do use the left.

It almost feels like being a Mormon.

Exactly...Wolf of Wall Street provided better Margot Robbie for the spank bank.

Really good half a movie. Add in the bar scene, not as bad as all the haters think.

Except WOWst was one of the best movies released in the last 10 years. Suicide squad was average for a comic book movie, but made serious bank worldwide.

Will Smith and Margot are great in this, but Jay Hernandez as Diablo may be my fav character.

Admittedly, his only great scene is the target practice scene.
