Arizona 13 in a row , swept the Dodgers 2nd time in a week. Most likey a first round matchup.

Maybe downgrading Joc Pederson has done something w/ the chemistry on the club.

Not falling for anything. They're locked into the playoffs. That's all that matters.

Now the Cardinals have to sneak in, just so Carpenter can ruin Kershaw again.

Kershaw's best throw of the night was the glove into the dugout wall. He dropped down side arm.

I will never forgive the Dodgers for firing Don Mattingly.

I hope that they are destroyed in the playoffs.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

That they hired Dave Roberts makes it worse.

Think of how good Dodgers-Indians would have been.

Gotta be pretty damn greedy to ask for a better WS than the one we just got.

Yeah, it sucks. They're ruining baseball and die hards like RPB are cheering it on.

That is true. I dont know what the hell baseball is any longer after this WS. If this series was baseball, the Dodgers win this in 6. They had the better pitching and the better team and that means 99 percent of the time you win the series. But this series, no f'n idea what that was. Maybe it was the new ball, but it was like we were watching some other sport.

The Astros had the better team. The Dodgers had the bigger names.

That’s a crock of shit. Two great teams played a 7-game series, and one happened to win. Any other night, the Dodgers might win. It’s the beauty of baseball.

I think the Astros had the better offense but Dodgers the better pitching. The better pitching usually wins BUT when the manager fucks up his rotation, has his relievers play almost every game of the series, and starts a guy in game7 that got rocked in game 3, it evens things up pitching wise.

Sure. Either one of them could have won. That's the beauty of sports. But the Astros DID win, and I would bet on them to win again if they rematched the series tomorrow. They had the better team.

Also worth mentioning the Astros cut my losses in half. The LOSER Cubs couldn't come through on my $100 WS bet but the Astros came through like the champions they are on my $50 bet.

Didn't you just say it was a great World Series?

I'm not cheering it on, Im just going with the way it's trending. I also loved when pitchers went deep but regardless these playoffs were awesome. Nothing to complain about.
