But when it comes to protecting privacy rights, Gorsuch has already signaled a break with his fellow conservatives on the bench.

But Scalia was actually a defender of the Fourth Amendment and often was the deciding vote in many cases. Thomas is also a defender of the Fourth Amendment. When an article starts out like that I have a hard time making through the rest because I have my doubts as to the effort being put in by the writer.
