We are at the point to vote. Down to just six people left, and the last round that immunity idols can be played. donspiracy has immunity from the challenge, votes against him will not count. Does anyone else have an immunity idol they would like to play? Sure, sure -- step on up here. Bring your immunity idol with you. Reviewing it, this is a valid immunity idol. I'm assuming you want to play it on yourself? Ok, sure. Contestants, any votes that are cast for JORR will not count. Since there are no other idols remaining, I will begin counting the results. The first vote is cast for sjboyd0137. Vote #2 is cast for JORR -- JORR played immunity, so that will not count. The third vote is also cast for JORR... does not count. The count now is one vote for boyd. Vote #4 has been cast for boyd. That's two -- boyd will need the other two to be cast for someone else who is eligible to force a tiebreaker. The fifth vote comes in for boyd as well, that's three and that's enough. Boyd you have played a great game, and been a true competitor. Take your seat on the jury.

For the record, the final vote was cast for JORR. Had JORR not played an immunity idol, it would have been a tie in voting, and we would have gone to the challenge results to deterimine the winner... JORR had 7 points to boyd's 5, so boyd would have been sent to the jury regardless.

Let's have a little fun with a very unique challenge. The name of the game is picking the NFL game winners straight-up. But to make it more interesting, you are going to be placing your predictions in a 5x5 grid.

You must pick a team to win each game, as well as a square to place the prediction in. For the Sunday afternoon games, you'll pick each of these games and give four of them a 1 dollar value, four of them a 2 dollar value, and the five remaining will have a 3 dollar value. Correct picks earn the dollar amount; incorrect picks earn nothing. You will also assign them to a square as in the image above. The afternoon games are:

You may put multiple picks into the same square (there is no limit.) At the end of this contest, you'll get a point for each square that you have earned the most dollars in. If nobody put a prediction into the square, it counts for nobody. If more than one person has the same highest dollar amount in a square, each of those players will get a point. The player who ends up with the most points will earn a very important immunity. The margin of victory makes no difference... if you win a square $10 to $2 it is worth 1 point, just like a win of $3 to $2 would be worth 1 point.

The first tie-breaker will be whoever has the most overall picks correct. The second tie breaker will be who has the 8 dollar pick correct, then the 5 dollar, then the most 3 dollar, etc. If still tied, the winner will be whoever put predictions in the most squares. If still tied after that, I'll do a coin flip. If multiple people are tied, you will be eliminated from further evaluation at the earliest position (say three players tie with 11, 11, and 10 correct picks -- the 10 correct guy would be eliminated in the first tie breaker, and the other two would continue with the second.)

There are a lot of different strategies you may want to entertain here, and you might need to talk some strategy with your alliances regarding grid placement. Best of luck to you all, the entries are due by Sunday at 11:45AM.

As it stands now, don has 4, Terry has 1, Brick has 5, JORR has 5, and Dr. Ken has 4.

If the Eagles win tomorrow, every player will add one more point to their total and it will come down to JORR vs BRick for the correct picks. Looks like JORR missed 5 picks and BRick missed 6, so the tie break would go to JORR.

If the Eagles do not win tomorrow, don picks up 2 more squares, and Terry gets 1 more, but that would put don up as the winner with 6 total squares.

The final challenge... the final chance to join the top three (or four??) That's right -- I'm changing it up and providing a path for each of you to make it to the finals on your own... all four could earn immunity. This will be a multi-sport challenge. We'll start with NCAA hoops, then NFL, then NBA, then NHL. There will be five games presented... you will pick three of the teams to win (including the spread -- no spread in the NHL games.) For each of those four days, you'll pick one team to be your two pointer. The others will be worth one point if you win. You'll get half that for finishes on the number. To get into the final on your own, you need to go at least 10 for 12, with all four of your two pointers correct. If nobody wins immunity that way, it will be the standard high score wins, and then we'll do the vote. Remember that the voting tiebreaker is performance in the challenge, so this one should be really important to do well in.

We will definitely not have a four player final as Dr. Ken and BRick have taken their NFL two pointer on opposite sides of that game, and Dr. Ken and JORR are opposites on the NBA two pointer game. Winnepeg and Boston were selected by all four, but with some of those being in two point games, it could get interesting if there are any upsets. Good luck everyone!
