I think she works as an executive chef in charge of desserts for some hotel. I liked Julie. I think her Sunday morning baseball work was as good as any of the shows subsequent to hers. She seemed to have gone through an existential crises towards the end of her sports career but even then always seemed like a good person. |

Strange things that you remember. Julie was one of the first to suggest that Jose Lima "grooved" two home run pitiches to Sammy Sosa. The media went after her for that. But she held her ground. |

Les used her identity in order to get a lady friend into the press box for an MLB All Star Game. His friend then left her jacket behind. Keep in mind, these seats are assigned. MLB contacted the Swieca and told her she had forgotten her jacket at an All Star game that she never attended. Swieca went to the station about it. They tracked down Les for it eventually. So Les co-opted the identity of someone, and put the station's future press credentials at risk while doing it. His subsequent attempts to blame Swieca speak for themself. |

Shitty in and of itself because back in the day those guides contained some private info of some very famous people. |

I wish they would compile them all on line and maybe air them during dead time...maybe like 4th of July or another long holiday weekend other than Pulaski Day. Is the Score doing anything special for its 30th (the actual day already passed, I think). Remember when they had the big celebration where they invited fans, roped them off into a small area then had a big VIP area for sponsors on a different level from which they could pee on the peons? |
